User Data Deletion

What data do we store?

When you connect your Facebook (Meta) account to MarketingSync, we store:

• Your name and email address
• Facebook access token (used to read your ad account data)
• Ad account ID and campaign performance data

How to request data deletion

To request the deletion of all your data from MarketingSync, please send an email to:

Please include your name and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What happens after deletion?

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete all personal data, access tokens, and ad account data associated with your account. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
